Process implementation

Implementation of business processes is the implementation of the approved drawing of business process and workflow procedures, documented, tested and operational. Also includes the implementation of new or revised policies and procedures. During the implementation, it assumes that the phases of analysis, modeling and design created are approved with a comprehensive set of specifications, then, only minor adjustments should occur during the implementation.

The scope of implementation activities cover:
1) primary processes of implementation and support
2) management processes and monitoring
3) business rules related to the three types of processes
4) Components of business process management relevant and verifiable in the Organization's internal environment, such as policies, incentives, governance and leadership style.

Monitoring and controlling processes
In the context of BPM cycle, measuring and monitoring provide information of key performance metrics related processes through the targets and the value for the organization. The analysis of process performance information may result in improvement activities, redesign or reengineering.

Refining processes The continuous measurement and monitoring of business processes provide the information necessary for process managers to adjust resources to achieve goals of processes. Refinement comes to aspects of adjustments and improvements of post-implementation processes based on the indicators and key performance information.
