The BPM lifecycle

The BPM management practice can be characterized as a continuous lifecycle (process) integrated BPM activities. While several variations of BPM life cycles are recognized, most cycles can be summarized by a gradual and interactive activities that include: (1) planning; (2) analysis; (3) design and modeling; (4) deployment; (5) monitoring and control; and (6) Refinement. As business processes move through the life cycle, are enabled or constrained by a variety of factors including the four primary factors, values, beliefs and leadership culture.
